When Are Housing Payments Due?

There is no monthly payment plan.Only installment plans are available.

We offer two payment plans for student housing fees. Please choose the option that best suits your needs:

Option 1: Quarterly Payments
1st Quarter (Q1): Due before check-in – August 1, 2025
2nd Quarter (Q2): Due November 1, 2025
3rd Quarter (Q3): Due February 1, 2026
Option 2: The first 7 Months of your lease term
1st Installment: Due before check-in – August 1, 2025
2nd Installment: Due September 1, 2025
3rd Installment: Due October 1, 2025
4th Installment: Due November 1, 2025
5th Installment: Due December 1, 2025
6th Installment: Due January 1, 2026
7th Installment: Due February 1, 2026
